Cleaning Tile Stains: For household stains on the tile surface. Spray as directed and wipe with a soft, absorbent cloth.
Cleaning Grout Stains: Spray ForceOut on grout stains and let sit for 5-6 minutes. Blot with a soft, absorbent cloth. Repeat as necessary. Cleaning Mastic Stains on Tile: Spray ForceOut and let sit for 5-8 minutes. Wipe with a soft cloth. If the mastic becomes tacky, use blunt wooden stick to help remove substance.
ForceOut as a Pre-Spotter: ForceOut can be used as a laundry pre-spotter on cotton fabric. Just spray stain and rub fabric to agitate stain. Let sit for 15 minutes. Wash as usual. It should be noted that ForceOut must penetrate the fabric fibers to provide successful stain removal. Some fabrics will be wound in such a way that will make stain removal very difficult, i.e., Canvas.
Cleaning Tar Stains: Tar stains are petroleum based so after you spray (nozzle set to "Stream") ForceOut on the tar stain you will have to use a stiff bristle brush to agitate. ForceOut will break down the stain compounds in minutes. Blot as needed. Repeat as necessary.
Removing Set-In Stains: Set-in stains are caused when a stain compound attaches itself to the actual fibers of a material, much like dye. To remedy this, spray ForceOut and agitate with a stiff bristle brush to loosen the stain compounds. Let sit for 5-8 minutes. Spray again. Blot stain area with a soft, absorbent cloth. Repeat steps as necessary until stain releases. Also, can be used in conjunction with a carpet cleaning machine (see below)
Carpet Cleaning Machines: There are two ways to use ForceOut with your carpet cleaning machines. First for large soiled areas, just add 8 oz. of ForceOut and fill with warm water. Clean as directed. We recommend a cold water rinse to thoroughly clean any residue out of your carpet. |
