Odor
Elimination: Trash Compactors, Garbage Dumpsters, and Roll-Out Containers
The
treatment procedure is designed to combat garbage odor associated
with industrial trash compactors, dumpsters and standard rollout
containers by using an industrial fogger. The steps outlined below
should be performed initially and repeated only periodically when
build-up of garbage odor, garbage grease and oil is present.
Step 1
Completely fog inside of the trash can, garbage can or dumpster.
For compactor/dumpster units, fogging the compactor piston or push
rod is a necessary step. To completely treat the compactor piston,
start the unit and fog the butt or ram end of the piston. Fully
extend the piston and fog the entire piston mechanism.
Step 2
Power wash inside of trash can, garbage can or dumpster using a
mixture of ForceOut, soap, and water. This will break down the oily
substances like grease. The use of a brush and brushing the mixture
onto all surfaces ensure a complete odor elimination process
Final Step
Fog or spray inside of trash can, garbage can or dumpster and let
air dry. Your garbage odor problem is gone!
